GRASS Model is useful checklist to make sure that you'll be able to plan and run a meeting efficiently...

  • Goal: Make sure everyone knows what the goal is
  • Room to think: Time/Space to think
  • Autonomy: People need to feel that they are a part of the decisions
  • Shared Focus: Everyone is focused on the same artifact(Mural, Slides, Docs, etc)
    • This artifact should be "collectively" edited
  • Structure
