Pedagogy Model for Creating Trainings

Create a skill tree for the domain
Figure out a set of atomized skills
Order them from basic to advanced
Make sure you teach the pre-requisites first and incrementally teach more complex concepts and skills
Design exercises for lower skill levels
Design tests/assessment tasks for intermediate levels
