Ask them to smile...

  • Is the moth uneven?
  • Does one side of face drop?

Arms

Ask them to raise both arms in front

  • Does one arm drift down?
  • Can they lift both arms equally?

C - Speech

Can they say a simple sentence(Repeat after me "Today is a sunny day")

  • Is speech slurred?
  • Are they using wrong words?
  • Can they talk at all?

Emergency

If any of the above sign is yes...

  • Call emergency service right away
  • Note time of symptom starting
  • Keep person upright if awake
  • Do NOT give food or drink
  • Stay with them
  • Even if symptoms go away, its still serious
